You Share the Role
Tell us about the position — the requirements, the team, the culture, and what success looks like in the first 90 days. The more context, the better the match.
We Run the Search
We source, screen, and vet candidates against your specific requirements. You won't see a resume until we're confident it's worth your time.
You Interview the Best
We present a shortlist of qualified candidates — typically 2 to 4 — with a full brief on each. You choose who to interview and how many rounds to run.
You Make the Hire
When you extend an offer and the candidate accepts, our fee is earned. Not before. Our placement fee is a percentage of first-year base salary, agreed upfront.
We Stand Behind It
Every placement comes with a 90-day guarantee. If the hire doesn't work out within that window, we re-run the search at no additional charge.
