Azimuth Talent Group was built to solve that problem for small and mid-size employers who don't have the time or resources to run a full recruiting operation. We take on the search, the screening, and the vetting — and we only get paid when we make a placement that sticks.
Our name comes from navigation. An azimuth is a precise directional bearing — the angle between a reference point and a target. That's how we approach every search: with precision, purpose, and a clear line of sight to the right candidate.

Built on more than two decades of leadership and professional experience, the foundation of this company is rooted in a simple belief: the right people can transform an organization.
Following his service in the United States Military, our founder transitioned into the private sector, bringing experience across Operations, Recruiting, and Strategic Business Development. Working across these different areas provided a unique perspective on how successful organizations operate, grow, and — most importantly — build strong teams.
That experience ultimately shaped a different approach to recruiting. Rather than focusing solely on filling positions, the goal is to understand the needs of the organization, the strengths and aspirations of the candidate, and where the two can create lasting value.
